So I have wanted to start a blog for some time now! This amazingly beautiful engagement session on Hilton Head Island was finally the kick in the pants I needed! There are so many beautiful images I wanted to share from this session in particular, and this blog is the perfect way!

Stephanie and I had many conversations before we met on that gorgeous Saturday evening. They were visiting from Ohio and staying in a condo they found through The Vacation Company. I felt like I had known her for years, and I ran to her, arms open wide like in a sappy romantic movie, to give her the biggest hug. For those of you who don’t know me, I am a hugger, and proud of it! I was so excited to meet them and get this session started after weeks of anticipation. From photos I had already seen on Facebook, they looked so happy and smiley- even Josh (men aren’t normally so excited have photos taken!)! I LOVE passion, love, emotion, and that is why engagements and wedding photography are my favorite things! I get to be the lucky one behind the camera, waiting for those special moments I can pounce on, and capture them so you’ll have them forever! I get to bring smiles to my client’s faces, and sometimes tears to their eyes! I can’t ask for more than that.

Anyway, back to the session!

 

I thoroughly enjoyed our session, and I hope to see them again in the cotton one day! I They are the SWEETEST couple, and I wish them a lifetime of love, happiness, and smiles! Thank you again Stephanie and Josh, for choosing me!!
