Kelly and Cliff were married on the beach just outside the Dunes House in Palmetto Dunes. This was the perfect place for a Hilton Head wedding, because everything they needed was right there together. They got ready and took bridal party portraits at the Marriott Hilton Head Resort and Spa, then the ceremony on the beach, and reception at the Dunes House. What more can you ask for??
It was a super hot and humid day, and the hotel was packed with people. Kelly didn’t want anyone to see her, and since her guests were still meandering about the hotel, we had to get creative. Shout out to the nice lady who showed us a door to a quiet area away from people! You wouldn’t know it, but the bridal portraits are in the only bit of private shade we could find. I was literally in the bushes, and she almost was as well. What a beautiful result, am I right? This is why it’s important to find a creative photographer who knows light, and is not afraid of getting down and dirty! If these portraits were in full sun, everyone would be miserable, and the photos would show it for sure!
Gorgeous lobby of the Marriott!
Seriously loving these colors! This shade of green was so unique!
The groom performed a special song for his bride!!
Legacy Party band was amazing!!
Everything was absolutely perfect, from the beautiful bridal details to the super fun reception with an amazing band. We even got to here the groom serenade the bride with a beautiful song he surprised her with. I’m so very thankful to have been chosen for this beautiful wedding.
